Jo McElroy is currently PMO lead for the Ford of Europe Customer Experience team. Jo joined Ford in 2017 and was instrumental in establishing the first enterprise-level cross-functional Program Management Office to deliver transformational change, including major restructuring programs.

Benjamin Igna is an Agile Transformation Coach at it-agile. He helps organizations become fast-paced and adaptable. With a background in industrial engineering and expertise in Lean and Evolutionary Agility, he has worked with major companies like Ford and 3M, as well as tech startups from Series A onward.
