Their Head of IT Development, based in Denmark, found a need to streamline and optimize the ways of working in the development division. He chose to implement Kanban.
Annette takes you through the prerequisites and the process of introducing Kanban development teams in Denmark and The Netherlands as well as to their stakeholders and managers and their significant results of this implementation.
